The Litchfield Watercade Tennis Tournament is a non profit fundraising tournament for benefit of the Litchfield Tennis Association.  Our website address is: https://www.watercadetennis.com.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Registration Information

When registering as a player for the tournament, the site will collect the data shown in the registration form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

This information is not shared with any third party and is only used for contacting registered players during the tournament for event information (Draws released, weather alerts, or scheduling changes).  The registered player also accepts that the Litchfield Watercade Tennis Tournament may contact them via email regarding feedback on the event and for future editions of the event.  No other marketing material will be sent.

Registration Payment

Credit card information is not retained on the website and is processed by a third party processor.

Media

Players and or spectators of the tournament may be photographed during the tournament for purposes of use on the website.  Participation and or attendance of the tournament grants the tournament privilege in posting photographs on the website.  Any participant who wishes to have a photograph removed from the site may contact watercadetennis@gmail.com and the photograph will be removed.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

How long we retain your data

Registration information is removed from the website annually following completion of the tournament.  Draw and past champion information will be retained on the site perpetually.
